Change of Employment Video Tutorial

Licensed pharmacists, registered technicians, and interns may submit address, telephone, or employment changes online. Pharmacies may submit employment changes online.

Change of Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) can not be done online.

Employment Change Online – Click this link then log-in using your User ID (email) and Password. If you have not used this online system since June 2011, you should register as a new user.
After you are logged in, you should see your license/registration number on the right hand side of the page. If you do not see your license/registration, click link titled “add license to registration” on the left hand side of the page and follow the instructions.

*If you get an error message that reads “Entity already exists under another user ID” this means your license is associated with another log in or email address.  Please email onlinehelp@hpc.state.tx.us and in the subject line enter “ENTITY ALREADY EXISTS”. In the body of the email include: Full Name, Profession, License Number, and email address that you want your license(s) to be under.

Click on the license/registration number to reveal the link titled Employment Relationships’. You will need to know the type of pharmacy you are employed with as well as the Texas pharmacy license number to add your employment. When you have finished entering all of your employer’s information select ‘next’. You will be on the employment summary screen where you will be allowed to ‘submit’ your change of employment. You can only list employers that are pharmacies licensed with TSBP. You are not required to list non-licensed pharmacy employers.
Changes will show on the License and Verification page the following day.

Address Change Online - Log-in using your User ID (email) and Password. If you have not used this online system since June 2011, you should register as a new user.

After you are logged in, you should see your license/registration number on the right hand side of the page. If you do not see your license/registration, click link titled “add license to registration” on the left hand side of the page and follow the instructions.

Click on the license registration number. Click on the link titled “Change of Address” and follow the directions. You must enter both a public address and a mailing address. Your mailing address should be a location where you actually receive mail. Please input information in all of the required fields. Your public address and mailing address may be identical; you would just need to enter in the same address in each of the required fields.

Changes will show on the License and Verification page the following day.
