Pharmacy (Facility) Renewal Certificates

Pharmacies and remote pharmacies can now print the facility's new and renewal certificates through the Online Licensing System.

Once you've logged into your facility's account, select the printing option from the "Manage your license information" section of the Quick Start Menu. A separate web file will download the certificate and you will be able to print the downloaded PDF document.

NOTE: You may need to disable pop-up blockers or grant permission to your browser to download the printable certificate.
