New Pharmacist-In-Charge Requirements for Class E Pharmacies Effective 9-1-16

Based on a new legislative mandate, the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) has adopted rule amendments requiring every Non-Resident (Class E) and Non-Resident Sterile (Class E-S) Pharmacy to have a pharmacist-in-charge who is licensed by the TSBP.  This requirement becomes effective on September 1, 2016.
