After graduating from Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Ian took a job at Brewer Attorneys & Counselors (formerly known as Bickel & Brewer) as a junior consultant in New York City. There he was able to get great experience analyzing businesses. While living in New York, he received his marketing certificate from Cornell University and his Public Relations Certificate from New York University. After 9 years as a consultant with Brewer in New York, Ian moved to Dallas to attend University North Texas at Dallas College of Law. While in law school, Ian clerked for the Honorable Judge Eric Moyé. Upon graduating and passing the bar he accepted an associate position at Brewer. After spending approximately a year in half as an attorney at Brewer practicing high stakes commercial litigation—mainly on the federal level—Ian took a job with his current employer, Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C, where he practices commercial litigation, labor employment, and personal injury defense. He is also a member of JL Turner Association, Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Council.
