Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who once held a Texas license that is now expired but was not revoked as a result of disciplinary action should apply for relicensure.

Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who wish to reinstate a license previously revoked as a result of disciplinary action should apply for reinstatement.
