Pharmacists-in-Charge must update their PIC status upon leaving an employer and when joining a new employer. Select the correct button for your situation.

Note: If you are leaving your current employer as PIC and joining your new employer as PIC, you will need to update both your outgoing PIC status and your incoming PIC status.
