The TSBP Rules Queue is a telephone hotline available to you to discuss issues related to Texas Pharmacy Laws and Rules. The information provided by TSBP Staff is intended only to generally inform you of the laws and rules applicable to the practice of pharmacy and to enumerate specific citations that may apply to your questions.

Monday and Tuesday: 8:30 am – 11:30 am & 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:30 am – 11:30 am
Thursday and Friday: 8:30 am – 11:30 am & 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

If we are unable to immediately answer your question pertaining to Texas Pharmacy Law or Board Rules, then we will research the question and get back to you within one business day. If you have further questions about legal interpretations relating to your specific circumstances, you may want to consider seeking the advice of your own attorney. Additionally, TSBP Staff cannot provide medical advice. If you have questions regarding your medication (side effects, directions, etc.), please consult your pharmacist.
