Information on Temporary Remote Pharmacies
Any pharmacy establishing a remote location to provide prescription dispensing services on an emergency basis should register the remote location with TSBP. Click here to begin this process.
Due to COVID-19 procedures, TSBP is not able to accept mailed temporary pharmacy license applications at this time. Applications must be submitted via email to remotes@pharmacy.texas.gov or by fax to (512) 305-8075.
The remote registration will be valid up to 6 months, and extensions will not be automatic. You must apply for an extension.
